Affectionately called “Perspectives Q&A,” these provide our employees with an opportunity to learn from leaders in our company, as well as guest speakers, about a variety of cultures and identities. In many cases, the monthly Perspectives Q&A webinar aligns with the company’s cultural programming calendar, including observances such as Black History Month, Women’s History Month, and Pride Month.
